Please let the company we are delivering to know the approximate time Pawty Bus will be dropping off or picking up your dog. Also leave instructions if we need to pick up items, leashes, etc.
If you have items that we need to bring when picking up your dog, please leave clear notes where items are located.
If your dog requires a private pet shuttle please let us know. Regular pick up and drop off times may vary. Additional fees may be incurred.
All dogs are secured in their own roomy kennel for all transportation.
Cancellation fee is 50% if not given 24 hours in advance.
In cases of inclement weather or hazardous driving conditions, shuttle services may be delayed or cancelled if deemed unsafe for the pet shuttle.
